The Relocation Center is a closely held private corporation headquartered in the Baton Rouge, Louisiana area with regional sales and support offices in Dallas, Chicago and the panhandle of Florida. Our geographical reach for relocation services spans 6 continents and all 50 states. Our vast experience encompasses over two decades (Founded in June 1993). Our central headquarters operates as the coordination, accounting and operations center of the company. Regional offices perform sales, marketing and support functions on a regional basis. Since inception, our service emphasis has remained solely on providing full-service relocation benefits to corporations and membership associations.
We offer a full allotment of both domestic and international relocation services, including home buying and selling assistance, various home buyout services (Guaranteed Buyout, Buyer Value Option, and Amended Sale), corporate and temporary housing, household goods move management, expense management and payroll reporting, policy development, mortgage assistance, area orientation services and consulting services. At The Relocation Center, we continue to faithfully serve a wide-range of clients that include Fortune® 100 companies, membership groups, and universities throughout the United States. The Relocation Center also provides outsource services to a variety of large and small relocation companies.
Our mission is to “Make Your Relocation Simple”. This statement is not only our tagline, it is an action statement that we put into everything we do. To enhance our client’s service level, we engaged a third party assessment compan to review our policies and procedures in an effort to streamline our operations. From our brochures to our website to the last call with your relocating employee, our goal is to make their relocation as simple as possible. The more effectively we communicate with your employee, the less complicated everything is in their eyes and in actuality. We have had extensive sessions to streamline our operation to become more efficient, user-friendly and productive for our clients. The end result is significant cost savings due to better efficiency. We have invested resources in technology and training to ensure the simplest, most cost-effective approach is used for all relocation services. We have simplified our cost structure, enhanced our forms and reporting, expanded our web portal capabilities and developed our responsive website, all in an effort to “Make Your Relocation Simple.”
